‘Ensure early justice to AgriGold victims’

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday asked senior officials of the police department to ensure justice at the earliest to victims of AgriGold.

Mr. Naidu reviewed the progress in the case with the department officials at a meeting held at his residence.

He said, besides Andhra Pradesh, lakhs of investors from other States had invested their money to the tune of Rs. 3,965 crore in the company. Of them, 7.94 lakh people invested less than Rs. 10,000. The total sum invested by them works out to be Rs. 363 crore. The Chief Minister said he would review the progress of the case next week again.
