Employees of various government departments and agencies formed a human chain under the aegis of the Telangana Joint Action Committee in Bhadrachalam on Thursday demanding creation of separate Telangana State.

The employees took out a rally from the office of the Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA) to Ambedkar Centre in the town as part of their ongoing non-cooperation stir to press for introduction of a bill on separate Telangana in the Parliament.

Later, the employees including teachers formed a human chain in the heart of the temple town. The vehicular movement was disrupted for some time on the busy road owing to the demonstration.

The TNGOs' Association division president N. Nageswara Rao and others participated in the programme.
