The Andhra Pradesh Commercial Taxes NGOs Association has criticised the Andhra Pradesh NGOs Association for trying to bring pressure on elected representatives and thereby political parties to meet its end.

Members of the CT NGOs Association from 13 districts of Seemandhra met here on Thursday to chalk out their agitation programme. The Association president K.R.Suryanarayana and general secretary G.Satyanarayana addressing a press conference after the meeting said that they would go on strike from the midnight of August 12 along with the others, but they would agitate in coordination with the people and not the political parties.

The leaders said that the Centre should take into consideration various aspects before thinking of dividing the State.

Meanwhile, APTRANSCO employees have taken out a cycle rally to register their protest against the proposed division. An APTRANSCO Samaikyandhra JAC has been formed with D.Jagapathi Rao as the chairman for conducting programmes.
