Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) Commissioner N. Srikant inaugurated two-day property show being organised by Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Developers Association (APREDA) here on Saturday.

The CRDA would extend all possible help to the realtors but they would have to follow the guidelines, Mr. Srikant said, adding that to dispel the apprehensions of people on the property deals, realtors had formed an association to create awareness and property shows would help in their endeavour.

Participating in the inaugural, chess Grandmaster Koneru Hampy said that there were many unregistered real estate firms and the people should be cautious while dealing with such agencies. Cine actor Srikanth stressed on the need to organise property shows which would be in the reach of the common man. Actor Ali said that the property shows would help in understanding the developments in real estate sectorm, adding that such programmes would guide the customers to genuine realtors.
