Corn Club inaugurated

Pune Based Corn Club launched its new distribution branch in the city on Monday. Industrialists M. Rajaiah and M. Narayana Prasad inaugurated the distribution branch located on Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala Road here.

Sri Satya Kumar Enterprises, is the authorised wholesale and retail distributor in coastal Andhra Pradesh for Corn Club.

Corn Club proprietor K. V. Durga Prasad said that the Corn Club hitherto was into wholesale business only.

With the launch of the new branch, the products would be sold to retailer directly. The frozen American Sweet Corn, green peas, baby corn, frozen sweet corn samosa and spring rolls would be sold at the shop, he said.

The sweet corn with a Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of Rs.99 would be sold at Rs.55 to retail customers also.

Each ready to use sweet corn samosa costs Rs.5.

All that the customer has to do was just oil fry it, he said.
