People looking for casual wear for pre-wedding festivities can stop their search at the Pryaas Exhibition put up at the Vedika Function Hall near Benz Circle.

The three-day exhibition which was inaugurated on Sunday attracted crowds trying to get the best deal first thing in the morning. The exhibition has on sale designer wear from over 90 designers from South Africa, Dubai, Jaipur, Kolkata, Bombay, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore etc.

The exhibition has a mix of both exclusive party wear and heavily embroidered sarees as well as western wear . Shopping for a top at Apsara Suits, Susmitha Dasari reckons that the prices of the clothes were reasonable enough. “We don’t find many good stores selling western wear in Vijayawada so we have to grab them at such exhibitions when we get a chance,” she said. Apart from clothes the wedding show exhibition has on sale diamond jewellery, imitation jewellery, designer foot wear, bags, accessories, uncut jewellery, polka necklaces, bed sheets, gift articles and other lifestyle accessories. The exhibition will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
