Call to promote Hindi

A one-day workshop on Raj Bhasha for officers in Vijayawada Railway division was held on Friday. It was inaugurated by Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Pradeep Kumar.

Addressing the participants, Mr. Kumar said that the use of Hindi has become essential in the day-to-day working. Additional DRM N.S.R. Prasad urged the officers to make use of the workshop and promote official language in the course of discharging their duties.

Earlier, Raj Bhasha Adhikari S. Chiranjeevi welcomed the guests and briefed about the various programmes being conducted for promoting the use of Raj Bhasha.

About 25 officers from various departments of the division participated in the workshop.
