What happens when a group of IITans, who, after leaving their cushy jobs, decide to work on a college campus on a innovative training and development project?

The result is a promise of transformation in engineering education and a sea change in the mindset of students and faculty members with emphasis on holistic development rather than just academic brilliance.

Chennai-based Reach Heights, an educational and training consultancy firm, which has initiated Industry Academia Interaction Programme (IAIP) at Chalapathi Institute of Technology located at Mothadaka village on Amaravathi Road, is promising to bring a whiff of fresh air to engineering education, which is caught in the melee of uncertainty dogging the higher education sector.
