The Bharatiya Janata Party will lodge a complaint against Seemandhra PCC chief N. Raghuveera Reddy with the Election Commission of India (ECI) over the latter’s remarks against Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi.
Party Seemandhra official spokesperson Jupudi Rangaraju said that Mr. Raghuveera Reddy during his recent visit to Guntur had said that “Mr. Narendra Modi would take Muslims’ blood in the day and consume Christians’ blood in the night”, which was highly objectionable.
“The BJP will take the matter to the notice of the Election Commission,” said Mr. Rangaraju.
