May 10, 2014 12:25 am | Updated 12:25 am IST - VIJAYAWADA:

EAMCET-2014 Convenor N.V. Ramana Rao has appealed to all regional coordinators and chief superintendents to make foolproof arrangements for the smooth conduct of the examinations scheduled for May 22.

Speaking at a meeting with police and chief superintendents here on Friday, he appealed to students to visit the centres one day before the exam to avoid anxiety.

Gadgets not allowed

“Candidates are requested to enter the examination hall with hall ticket, filled in application form and blue or black ballpoint pen. Electronic gadgets and cell phones are not allowed in the hall,” he said.

“The invigilator should not allow candidates out of the hall for drinking water, toilets or for any other purpose. Medical and drinking water facilities should be provided in all centres,” he added.
