App introduced to help customers select own designs

For the first time in city, Kirtilals has introduced an app developed for the convenience of customers.

Using an iPad provided by the staff, customers have to take their picture and select their choice of jewellery out of one lakh designs already uploaded in the iPad and put them on the photograph. If they did not like them, they can select another model. Once the design is confirmed, customers can place an order. “It’s an in-house app exclusively developed for our customers,” said Kirtilals Director (Business Strategy) Suraj Shanta Kumar.

Jewellery designs like light weight, daily, office and party wear, bridal collection and daily classic wear among others were uploaded in the iPad, he said.
