APBIRED to conduct training courses from May 26

Andhra Pradesh Bankers Institute of Rural and Entrepreneurship Development (APBIRED) will conduct a training programme for rural and educated unemployed women at the institute from May 26.

APBIRED director M. Krishna Rao said that the training will be conducted in fashion designing, beauty parlour management, MS office, PC hardware and laptop servicing and zardosi/maggam works. The minimum eligibility for tailoring and zardosi coursesis SSC pass or fail, for beauty parlour courses the candidates should have passed SSC or above and for other courses the minimum qualification is Intermediate pass or above, he said.

The candidates should be in the age group of 18 to 30 years, and the batch strength is 30. The APBIRED will issue participation certificate to each candidate. The trainees will be provided free dormitory, free boarding, free training and laboratory facility for practice/training. Placements will be arranged wherever possible, he said.

The candidates who desire to leave the institute before completion of course for any personal reason have to pay their boarding and lodging charges at the rate of Rs. 125 per day for the period of their stay. The course duration is 45 days, he said.
