Amaravati Trade Fair in city from September 5

The Vijayawada Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) will organise an exhibition ‘Amaravati Trade Fair’ at Seshasai Kalyanamandapam here on the occasion of its diamond jubilee from September 5. It is intended to showcase the investment opportunities in Capital region. Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry Federation is partnering with VCCI in conducting the three-day event, according to VCCI president V. Bhaskar Rao.

Addressing media persons on Wednesday, Mr. Bhaskar Rao said seminars on topics relevant to the current scenario like ‘Amaravati- Capital City of Andhra Pradesh’, ‘Future of Industry and Trade in Andhra Pradesh’, ‘Housing for All by 2022’ and ‘Opportunities or Trade- Customs’ were lined up for the programme. CRDA Commissioner N. Srikanth, Commissioner of Customs S.K. Rahman and Commissioner of Commercial Taxes J. Syamala Rao were invited to speakon the subjects concerned.

Ministers Devineni Umamaheswara Rao and K. Atchan Naidu will participate as chief guests in the inaugural session.
