Alert sounded in State after Orlando attack

With Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) reportedly owning responsibility for the bloodshed at the gay night club in Orlando on Sunday, the police sounded alert in the State.

An armed man shot dead 50 persons and injured an equal number at the club. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is probing the role of terror groups into the carnage.

Following the incident, the intelligence sleuths sounded alert in the State and stepped up security. The police were asked to beef up security along the coastline.
