A student explains his project at the science exhibition organised by Nextgen School in Vijayawada on Tuesday.

Students of Nextgen School on Tuesday came up with various exhibits and experiments as part of the Science Expo organised on the school campus at Gurunanak Nagar in the city.

Models of robots, rainwater harvesting, land forms, volcano, periscope, computer storage devices and others were among the exhibits by the students of all classes. They formed into groups of two to three students each and took part in the competition.

Also, students presented various artworks representing topics from the textbooks. Events like storytelling were also conducted on the sidelines of the day-long expo. In the evening, the exhibits were evaluated by judges and prizes were given to best performers, said school Principal Ch. Durga Madhavi.
