Yathiraja Mutt jeer in Srirangam

Sri Yadugiri Yathiraja Narayana Ramanuja Jeer, the 41{+s}{+t}Jeer of Sri Yadugiri Yathiraja Mutt, Melkote, visited Srirangam Sri Ranganathaswamy temple on a one-day visit on Wednesday. This is his visit to Srirangam after his peetharohanam.

The swami offered prayers at the shrines of Lord Ranganathar, Sri Ranganayaki Thayar, Sri Chakrathazhwar, and Sri Ramanujar.

P. Jayaraman, Joint Commissioner of temple, showed the swami around the temple.

Earlier, the Jeer was accorded a reception by Srirangam Sri Ranga Narayana Jeer. Both Jeers blessed the devotees later.
