Tiruchi-Pune special trains extended till March

The Southern Railway has announced that Tiruchi-Pune-Tiruchi special trains have been extended up to March.

The Tiruchi-Pune special (06801) will leave Tiruchi at 5.30 a.m. on Sundays from January 25 to March 29 and reach Pune at 11.50 a.m. on Mondays.

The Pune-Tiruchi special (06802) will leave Pune at 3.40 p.m. on Mondays from January 26 to March 30 and reach Tiruchi at 7.15 p.m. on Tuesdays.

The trains will have one AC 2-tier, two AC 3-tier, 13 sleeper class, two general second class, and two second class-cum-luggage coaches.

It will stop at Srirangam, Vriddhachalam, Villupuram, Chengalpattu, Tambaram, Chennai Egmore, Arakkonam, Tiruttani, Puttur, Renigunta, Koduru, Razampeta, Cuddapah, Yerraguntala, Muddanuru, Tadipatri, Gooty, Guntakal, Adoni, Mantralayam Road, Raichur, Yadgir, Wadi, Gulbarga, Solapur, and Daund.

Advance reservation for Train No. 06801 is open, a Southern Railway press release said.
