The Southern Railway has announced that the following trains would be temporarily cancelled on Saturdays/ Sundays for three more months to facilitate maintenance of track and bridges in Madurai division for safe running of trains: Train No. 76831 Tiruchi- Karaikudi Passenger would be cancelled on Saturdays till January 3. Train No. 76807 Tiruchi – Manamadurai Passenger, T.No. 76808 Manamadurai – Tiruchi Passenger and T.No 76830 Karaikudi –Tiruchi Passenger would remain cancelled on Sundays till January 3, says a press release.
