A private supervisor working at Tiruchi airport allegedly committed suicide by consuming poison near here on Thursday. Another co-worker of the supervisor, who also reportedly consumed poison, is undergoing treatment at the Government Hospital here. Police sources said R.Dhanasekhar, the supervisor working with a private agency at the airport, and V. Sathish (30) were found lying in a busy area near Pirattiyur on the city’s outskirts.
Upon noticing them, the locals alerted the 108 ambulance and they were rushed to the GH. While Dhanasekar died at the hospital, Sathish is being treated at the ICU.
