The Women Entrepreneurs Association of Tamil Nadu would organise a summer training programme for prospective women entrepreneurs in the city from May 5. Training would be offered in manufacturing sanitary napkins, value added products from millets, arecanut leaf plates, soap and phenol, jute and paper bags, autorickshaw and two wheeler driving, mushroom cultivation, machine embroidery and spoken English, a WEAT press release said.
