Sankaracharya inaugurates health centre

A large number of devotees offered worship to Sri Mahaswamigal at Sringeri Sankara Mutt at Srirangam.

Jagathguru Sankaracharya Sri Bharathi Theertha Mahaswamigal from Sri Sringeri Sankara Mutt declared open the Sringeri Arockya Pradha, a health centre at Srirangam.

A large number of devotees offered worship to Sri Mahaswamigal at Sringeri Sankara Mutt at Srirangam. ‘Padha pujai' was performed and a number of devotees witnessed the rituals. A Vidwat Sadas was also held.

Sri Mahaswamigal went to Srirangam Sri Ranganathaswamy temple and offered worship to Sri Ranganathaswamy and Sri Ranganayaki Thaayar. Kalyani, Joint Commissioner of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR and CE) Department and Executive Officer of the temple accompanied Sri Mahaswamigal.
