Railway GM conducts inspection

Southern Railway General Manager Deepak Krishan conducted a window trailing inspection in the Villupuram - Tiruchi broad gauge section on Wednesday.

Travelling in an Inspection Car attached to the Chennai – Guruvayur Express, Mr. Deepak Krishan, who assumed charge last month, carried out the inspection accompanied by the Divisional Railway Manager, Tiruchi S. Subramhanyan and senior railway officers.

Upon arrival at the Tiruchi railway junction, Mr. Deepak Krishan was received by senior divisional railway officials at the station. The inspection was conducted to assess the track condition and riding quality, railway sources said. Later, he held a meeting with the divisional railway officials at the office of the Divisional Railway Manager.

This is Mr. Deepak Krishan’s first visit to Tiruchi after assuming charge as the General Manager.
