Nominations invited for ‘Aram’ Award

Shriram Ilakkiya Kazhagam, the literary wing of Shriram Group, has called for nominations for its ‘Aram’ Award. The award is given to a person who has dedicated his life to the society and is an embodiment of the tenets of Thirukkural. The award carries a cash prize of Rs. 1 lakh and a citation. Those who wish to recommend a person for the award could send the details about the nominee and his or her contributions to the society in not more than two pages to the Shriram Ilakkiya Kazhagam, 145, Santhome High Road, Mylapore, Chennai – 600 004 before February 15, a release said.
