Sale of applications for admission to engineering colleges affiliated to Anna Universities in Tamil Nadu began in Tiruchi on Monday at three centres in Tiruchi district.
At the Anna University – Tiruchi, where the officiating Vice-Chancellor K. Rukmani launched the process, 407 applications were sold.
As many as 1,930 applications were sold through the centre in Jamal Mohamed College.
A total of 446 applications were sold at the Government Polytechnic, Thuvakkudi.
The applications will be sold till May 29.
The last date for submission of applications is May 30, official sources said.
