Mihin Lanka office gets threat call

A threat call was reportedly made on Thursday to the Air Travels office of Mihin Lanka, the domestic airlines of Sri Lanka connecting Tiruchi and Colombo, located at Cantonment in the city.

According to a complaint preferred with the Sessions Court Police Station by an official of the Air Travels Office, the caller had threatened the staff to close down the office till 25th of this month or risk facing consequences.

The police have tightened security to the office in the wake of attack on the airlines in Madurai on Wednesday.
