Job fair at Bharathidasan University in Tiruchi on May 27

The Career and Counselling Cell (CCC) of Bharathidasan University, in association with Equitas Microfinance and Vizion India, would conduct a job fair at its Khajamalai campus in the city on May 27.

More than 25 companies from South India will participate in the event to recruit for nearly 1,500 vacancies for various positions such as web designers, growth officers, technical recruiters, customer support executive, marketing managers, sales executives, administrative executive, marketing executive, tele-callers, welding technology specialists, office staff, accountants, data entry operator and nurses. The job fair is meant for undergraduates and postgraduates, who have passed out during the last couple of years. Opportunities are also available for SSLC, higher secondary and diploma passed candidates, V.M.Muthukumar, Vice Chancellor of the university said in a press release.

Interested candidates can appear at the Bharathidasan University Technology Park in Khajamalai campus at 10 a.m. on May 27 with copies of their resumes and passport size photographs.

Candidates are expected to be prepared for personal interviews, group discussions and aptitude tests. The details of various positions and companies are available at the university website in the Placement and Training Cell (PTC) section.
