Private candidates, who have appeared for the SSLC examinations of June-July 2011, can get their mark statements at the office of the Regional Deputy Director of Government Examinations, if they had not received them either in person or by post.
The Deputy Director of Government Examinations, K. Subhadra, said in a statement here on Friday that this would be the last chance for the private candidates of 2011 examinations to get their mark statements. As per examination rules, undistributed statements are to be destroyed after two years from the date of distribution.
Private candidates, who have not received their mark statements, should send a requisition in plain paper with details of date of birth and subjects appeared, along with postal stamps estimated at Rs. 40 and a self-addressed, stamped envelope, to the office of the Regional Deputy Director of Government Examinations, Old Collector’s Office Complex, Tiruchi 620001, before September 30.
Candidates who have appeared for SSLC examinations after June-July 2011 can apply for original mark statements by following the above procedure.
