Women’s wing members of the Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam staged a demonstration here on Wednesday demanding total prohibition in the State.

Led by the party’s women’s wing urban district secretary Nalina, the demonstration was held at Khadi Kraft.

The demonstrators condemned price rise, sexual violence, and what they called breakdown of law and order in the State.
