The public can meet the Expenditure Observer for the by-election to the Tiruchi West Assembly constituency from 9 to 10 a.m. everyday at the Circuit House in the city to lodge complaints with respect to election expenditure.
Such complaints could also be lodged with the Assistant Returning Officers K.Jayakumar (9443445577), R.Karthick (9445953173) and M.Vijaya (9445955439). Public could meet the General Observer R.K.Pathak at the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchi, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. everyday. Complaints could be lodged with him over the telephone at 9489273078 or 2400262.
Police Observer S.Parasivamurthy would arrive in the city soon. Complaints on the by-election could be lodged with the officials at the 24-hour control room at the Collectorate over 2461369.
