In today's world honesty is fast becoming the virtue of the past and as the result of which workmates punch the attendance card of their absent friend in return for mutual consensus to do the same in their absence. This is 'You scratch my back and I scratch yours' theory. Absentism directly hinders productivity. In public bodied institutions such the government offices and hospitals, absentism not only injuires productivity but also brings about injustice to the public due to loss of their valid time and sometimes even life for that matter. Until today one thing that cannot be easily duplicated is our finger prints because it is uniquely engineered without replication. This means no other human can have the same finger prints as yours . Based of this reliable source the Biometric Attendance Marking System (BAMS) was created. We cannot leave our fingers with our friends, can we?. Inorder to mark our own attendance we had to be physically present at our work place. Thanks guys.
