‘Jeshtabhishekam’ today

Elaborate arrangements have been made for ‘jeshtabhishekam’ festival which falls on Thursday (August 11) at Sri Sundararaja Perumal temple at Anbil near here.

An official release said that the waters will be brought from Cauvery at 8 a.m. and Tirumanjanam will be performed at 10.30 a.m. The Tiruppavadai ghosti ritual will be held at 1.00 p.m., the release added.
