Applications invited for free overseas training programmes

Tiruchi Productivity Council (TPC) is inviting applications for selection by National Productivity Council (NPC), New Delhi, for undergoing free training programmes organised by Asian Productivity Organisation (APO) in Malaysia and Iran. The programme to be held in Kuala Lumpur between November 11 and December 6, 2013 is on ‘green productivity’ and the one slated for December 7 in Tehran, Iran, is on ‘best practice in green productivity in agriculture’. Both programmes are free for selected participants.

Applicants between 30 and 50 years of age, with a university degree and three to five years experience in the field of training applied for, are eligible to apply. Applications in the prescribed form have to be submitted to the TPC on or before September 18 for onward transmission to NPC, New Delhi, where the final selections will be made. Selected applicants from non-profit and MSME sector shall have the entire cost of roundtrip air-travel by shortest route from their places of work to places of training borne by APO making the trip totally free.
