85 IIM-Tiruchi students placed

Indian Institute of Management, Tiruchi has successfully completed final placements for the 2012-14 batch students of Post Graduate programme in management.

All the 85 students registered for final placements were placed with 76 companies participating in the process. The highest annual compensation offered was Rs. 19.25 lakhs.

Prominent recruiters from various sectors such as BFSI, FMCG, Media and Advertising, Infrastructure and Energy, Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, Consultancy, Analytics and IT / ITeS participated in the final placement process at the institute.

The recruiters offered diverse and enriching profiles to students across all functions – finance, marketing, operations, HR, consulting and general management.

Eighteen students opted out of the campus placement process to pursue other opportunities through off-campus processes and were offered roles in real estate consultancy, derivatives trading, climate change and corporate sustainability services, e-commerce consulting, energy consulting, business development and analysis, according to a release.
