2,973 candidates appear for TNPSC Group I examination

A total number of 2,973 candidates appeared for the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Group 1 examination held at 14 centres in the district.

The Collector, T. Soundiah, visited the examination centres at Jamal Mohamed College and Seva Sangam Girls' Higher Secondary School in the city. The District Revenue Officer, V. Dakshinamoorthy, visited the rest of the examination centres to monitor the conduct of the examination.
