The Kerala Water Authority has informed that water supply to areas including Vellayambalam, Sasthamangalam, Pippinmoodu, Jawahar Nagar, Oolampara, Peroorkada, Mannamoola, Ambalamukkum, Kowdiar, Nanthencode, Kochar road, Charachira and Plamoodu will be disrupted from 9 p.m. on Friday to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
The disruption will be due to the charging of the new pipeline that has been laid along the Peroorkada-Sasthamangalam road, according to the Executive Engineer, Public Health Division (North) of the authority. The public have been advised to adopt the necessary measures to minimise inconvenience during the period. (EOM/SBG)
