Tribal man found dead
A 45-year-old tribal man was found dead in the Neyyar reservoir on Sunday. The police identified him as Bhuvanendran Kani of Vlavetti. He was a resident of a tribal settlement at the Vedathiveenakon forest area. A daily-wage labourer, Bhuvanendran allegedly went missing since Saturday when he had accompanied some persons for fishing. Residents staged protests demanding a probe.
