Training for Civil Services aspirants

Alchemy IAS Institute is conducting a two-day training programme on “How to put your views in an IAS interview” here on February 24 and 25.

Being organised in association with The Hindu , the programme is meant for candidates appearing for 2017-18 Civil Services interview of the Union Public Service Commission(UPSC).

The event will take place at Hotel Apollo Dimora, Thampanoor, in the city.

Entry is free and will be based on prior registration.

The first day's programme would cover stress management, handling of expected and unexpected questions, questions relating to personal background of the candidate, hypothetical questions, questions related to applications of educational qualifications and questions on national issues relating to society, culture, politics, governance, economy and technology.

On the second day, the session would focus on international issues including defence, security and foreign policy.

The sessions on both days would be interactive and would be based on feedback from interviewed candidates.

Insights

R.C. Sinha will lead the sessions and give insights to participants on how to put their views effectively at the interview.

The sessions will start at 9.30 a.m on both days and will last till 6 p.m. Complimentary lunch and light refreshments will be provided.
