Three Technopark companies, MobME Wireless, Innoz Technologies, and Flytxt have found place on the list of 50 most emerging IT companies in the country for the year 2011 published by the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM).

MobME Wireless and Flytxt have been included in the list for the Emerge Innovation category while Innoz Technologies is listed in the Emerge Startups Category.

NASSCOM EMERGE Leaders Awards is an initiative which has been started exclusively for the Emerging/Start-up IT companies to showcase their unique value proposition and create a distinct niche for them.

The focus of this year's Emerge Conclave was on exploring how emerging and start-up companies can build economic value out of emerging Web-based social platforms, mobile and AppStore. MobME, Innoz and Flytxt were chosen winners from a total of 350 applicants.

Congratulating the two companies, Technopark CEO Mervin Alexander said, “we are proud that MobME and Innoz that were incubated from Technopark and Flytxt, a Technopark company, have won the NASSCOM Emerge 50 award. Our Business Incubation Division has put in a lot of effort to identify innovative companies and nurture them to become a reckoning force globally. Technopark can today boast many such companies that are now creating waves globally with their breakthrough technologies.”

MobME Wireless CEO Sanjay Vijayakumar said, “it is a great honour to be featured in the NASSCOM Emerge 50 list. The award is a recognition of our efforts to constantly innovate and create solutions that will change the way of doing business in the telecom industry in India.”

The NASSCOM Emergeout Forum serves as a platform for the Indian SME segment to share experiences, ally with critical projects and even focus on partnerships to cater to customer demands. It acts as a catalyst for growth of emerging and start-up companies.

The NASSCOM EMERGEOUT Conclave is a series of conferences held across cities in India, starting with Chennai and Delhi every year.

It aims to be a collaborative initiative by the EMERGE Community to leverage on the knowledge base and look at strategies that have the potential and wherewithal to tap the Emerging Market.
