Sobha Koshy to head panel

Former Chief Postmaster General Sobha Koshy has been appointed Chairperson of the Kerala Sate Commission for Protection of Child Rights. Official sources said the Cabinet that met on Wednesday posted Ms. Koshy in place of Neela Gangadharan, former Chief Secretary, whose tenure as chairperson of the commission ended. In the Kerala police headquarters, Additional Director General of Police Loknath Behra has been posted as ADGP (Administration) and Arun Kumar Sinha as ADGP (Modernisation).
