The first meeting of Smart City Thiruvananthapuram Limited, the special purpose vehicle created for the Smart City project, was chaired by Chief Secretary Nalini Netto on Thursday.

The meeting accepted the Article of Association and Memorandum of Association of the company, besides validating the appointments of its chairman and directors. It was decided that the Request for Proposal, required for identifying the project monitoring consultant, will be deliberated upon during the next Director Board meet.

The next meeting of the company will be held within the next two weeks.
