: The 47th old students’ meet of Sainik School, Kazhakuttam, was held on Saturday. An alumnus of the school and Health Additional Chief Secretary Rajeev Sadanandan was the chief guest. Mr. Sadanandan was received with a guard of honour.
A wreath was placed at the school ‘Smritimandapam’ in memory of old students who laid down their lives for their country.
Mr. Sadanandan told the students that they could turn their dreams into reality with determination and will power.
The annual general body meeting, sports contests between former students and the current ones, and ‘guruvandanam’ were held.
An organic farming scheme on the campus was also launched at the meet.
