‘Pleasant surprise’
“The results came as a surprise to me. I put in a lot of effort, and was expecting around 95 per cent. I devoted three hours to studies, but made sure that I was up to date,” Arjun, who is busy preparing for the entrance examinations, told The Hindu .
The Kowdiar resident said he was not a meticulous planner. “I take breaks between every hour of studies. I am an ardent follower of music and play the guitar,” he said.
Future plans
On his future plans, Arjun said he wanted to study computer science at the Indian Institute of Science or at the National Institute of Technology. “My first choice is the IIT. I sat for the IIT entrance but am doubtful about clearing it as the advance test of JEE was a bit tough,” he said.
