KSRTC employees' unions may withdraw their proposed stir in view of an agreement reached during talks with the Transport Minister Jose Thettayil here on Thursday. The Minister promised to release half of the Dearness Allowance due to the employees with salary for June. Discussions on releasing the balance would be held in November after a performance evaluation. The employees agreed to strive for improvement of earnings per km, official sources said.
