More than 20 firms have confirmed participation in the job fair being organised by the State-owned corporation Samunnathi.
A press note issued here on Saturday said the fair was being organised in association with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Lok Bharti Skilling Solution, New Delhi. The event, which would be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 15, would have organisations from sectors such as IT, nursing, banking and finance.
In addition to Kerala Minerals and Metals Limited representing the public sector, the confirmed participants include Godrej, Aegis Limited, Alliance India, Arackal Digital Solutions, Sodexho Facility Management, IPSR Solutions, OMR Placement, and Matrimony.com.
Samunnathi would offer more than 3,000 jobseekers having competencies in various domains of organisational functioning. Selected employees would be issued offer letters on the spot. Those who are selected but were in need of advanced skills training would be trained in the respective area free of cost before recruitment, the press note said.
