Sister Jesme, whose tell-all memoirs about her bitter experiences as a nun hit headlines earlier this year, has received an invitation to attend the famous Frankfurt Book Fair.

Invited as a special guest at the world’s largest book fair in Germany, Sister. Jesme would be reading from her autobiography .

“Amen” to the audience at the festival on October 17, her publisher DC Books said in a statement on Monday.

“Amen”, in which Sister Jesme has narrated her shocking experiences including sexual overtures by some priests, had broken all records in Malayalam publishing, running into its 10th reprint within less than a year of its release.

The book has been published in English by Penguin recently and it would have its versions in other Indian languages also soon.

Discussions were also on for its translation into European languages, the release added.
