The ‘Azhimathi Prathirotha Vedi’ has urged the State government to reconsider its decision to assign 2.49 acres of land opposite the public library to the CSI Church.
The decision, the Vedi said in a release, amounted to corruption as the land belonged to the University of Kerala. It was taken to placate the interests of a religious community, the release said.
