Modi to campaign in State from May 6

Prime Minister Narendra Modi would campaign in Kerala and Tamil Nadu from May 6 to 11. As per his programme schedule, Mr. Modi would address a public meeting at Palakkad at 2 p.m. on May 6, 4.50 p.m. at Hosur in Tamil Nadu and 7.30 p.m. in Chennai. He would address meetings at Kasaragod (10.30 a.m.), Kuttanad (1.45 p.m.), Kanyakumari (4.50 p.m.) and Thiruvananthapuram at 6.40 p.m. on May 8. He would address election meetings at 4.25 p.m. at Vedaranyam and 7.35 p.m. at Thripunithura on May 11.

Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh would be addressing nine election meetings of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the State. Mr. Singh would be campaigning in the State on May 6 and 7. On May 6, he would address meetings at Chathannur at 10.55 a.m., Kunnathur at 12.40 p.m., Attingal at 3.50 p.m., Nedumangad at 5.40 p.m. and at Vattiyurkavu at 7.10 p.m. On May 7, he would address a meeting at Puthukad at 10.30 a.m., Ettumanur at 12.10 p.m., Aranmula at 4.05 p.m. and at Cherthala at 5.40 p.m.

Union Urban Development Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu would address four meetings on May 7, Kottakkal (11 a.m.), Wadakkancherry (3 p.m.), Chelakkara (4.30 p.m.)and Perumbavoor (6.15 p.m.). Human Resource Development Minister Smrithi Irani would speak at four meetings on May 8, Chulliyodu Gandhi Junction at Sulthan Bathery at 11.30 a.m., Kongad at 2.40 p.m., Guruvayur at 4.05 p.m. and Chalakudy at 5.30 p.m.. Fertilizers Minister Ananth Kumar would address various meetings on May 5 and 6 and Shanavaz Hussain on May 10 and 11 would campaign in the State.
