V. Sivankutty, MLA, has urged the Governor to look into the complaints and allegations about the conduct of the 35{+t}{+h}National Games and initiate corrective measures. In a letter Governor P. Sathasivam, released to the media here on Friday, Mr. Sivankutty said though he had written two letters to the Chief Minister mentioning the various allegations about preparation of venues and procurement of equipment for the Games and seeking immediate convening of a meeting of the Games Organising Committee, the Chief Minister had not cared to do anything about it. — Special Correspondent
