The Kerala Lok Ayukta on Monday dismissed a plea seeking to furnish the report of a party committee constituted by the Kerala Congress(M) to inquire into the alleged conspiracy that caused its leader and Finance Minister K.M. Mani to be implicated as an accused in the bar licence renewal bribery case.

In an order here, Judges Pius C. Kuriakose and K.P. Balachandran said the plea was not maintainable under the law. In his complaint, the petitioner had not raised any allegation against any public servant. The petitioner had not sought any investigation in the bar licence bribery case, the court said.
