Kargil Vijay Diwas observed

The Kargil Vijay Diwas was observed at the Martyrs’ Column at Palayam on Tuesday.

The observance was organised by the 2 Kerala Battalion of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) in association with the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Chakka, and the NCC Army senior division. Colonel B.P. Singh, Commanding Officer, 2 (K) Battalion inaugurated the programme that was presided over by Chakka Government ITI company commander Captain M.S. Ganesan. Colonel H.R. Sunil of the AO2 K Battalion, was also present on the occasion.
